User Data Deletion Instructions

At SGiQ Business Strategies, we value your privacy and provide you with full control over the data we collect. Below are the instructions on how to request the deletion of your personal data from our systems.

Meta (Facebook) Data Deletion

If you have used a Facebook-integrated feature on our site and wish to delete your activities, you can do so by following these steps:

1. Go to your Facebook Account's Settings & Privacy. Click Settings.
2. Look for Apps and Websites and you will see all of the apps and websites you linked to your Facebook.
3. Search and tap SGiQ in the search bar.
4. Scroll and tap Remove.
5. Congratulations, you have successfully removed your app activities.

Manual Data Deletion Request

If you would like us to manually delete any other personal data we may have collected (such as through our contact forms or questionnaire), please send an email to our data protection team:

Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity and process the deletion of your data from our active databases within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.

What Data is Deleted?

Upon a valid deletion request, we will remove:

• Your contact information (name, email, phone number).
• Any responses provided in our business questionnaires.
• Your interactions with our AI chat widgets.
• Any technical identifiers linked specifically to your identity.

Note: Some data may be retained in encrypted backups for a limited period or if required for legal, accounting, or regulatory compliance.
